Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes across India. Some COD orders may require verification before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote locations may take slightly longer.
Do you provide free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping across India on all orders unless mentioned otherwise during special promotions.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track the delivery status of your order.
Can I return my product?
Returns are accepted only if the product is wrong or defective.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with a complete unboxing video showing the issue.
When will I receive my refund?
After the returned product is received and approved, refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Can I cancel my order?
