Refund policy

At Hind Garments, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will assist you with a return or exchange according to the policy below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is wrong or defective

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video is provided showing the issue

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Returns requested without an unboxing video or after the return window will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Minor color or design variations due to screen display

  • Product used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Return request submitted after 3 days of delivery


3. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Complete unboxing video

Once your request is verified and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Defective or damaged product

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with a valid unboxing video.

Exchange will be processed subject to product availability.


5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time is 8–15 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or UPI.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Original packaging is missing

  • The unboxing video is not provided

  • The returned item fails quality inspection


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, refunds will be processed within 1–2 working days.


7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or if something is missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Without an unboxing video, replacement or refund requests cannot be processed.
