1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes using reliable courier partners.
If a location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will inform you and cancel the order with a full refund.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, verification via call or message may be required before dispatch.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Remote Areas: up to 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and location.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders unless stated otherwise during promotional campaigns.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the shipment status through the courier partner’s tracking page.
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact our support team.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to:

Hind Garments is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external circumstances beyond our control.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details:

The courier may attempt delivery again.

If the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact details while placing the order.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes.
COD orders may require verification through call or message before dispatch. Orders that are not verified may be cancelled.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.
